  Product Description: Wood Rebuilder is a synthetic adhesive putty mixed with powderedwood. It does not shrink or crack or stick when in contact with wax or varnish. It can be planed, sculpted, stained, filled, drilled, or painted exactly like wood. Wood rebuilder works indoors as well as outdoors. It resists temperature changes, insects, acids and solvents. Directions For Use: For threading and assembling, use a pasty consistency, which dries in 15 minutes. For filling or doing major repair of a piece of wood, use a thick consistency which dries in 5 minutes. Mix the resin with the powder, preferably in a plastic bucket. To obtain a pasty consistency the liquid should run like honey. For a thick consistency, the mixture should stick to a spatula. Apply Wood rebuilder. Plane or sand. Stain or paint. Repairing a piece of rotted wood: Cut deteriorated part of the wood out in a wedge. Create a piece of wood to replace the missing part but don't attach it. Apply Wood rebuilder to the two pieces to be attached. Put the two pieces together without using a screw clamp. Once it's dried, smooth it with a piece of wood: coat the pieces to be reglued with Wood rebuilder. Put them together. Once it's dried, trim it with a wood chisel. Repairing the effects of weathering on a window: remove the rotted wood with a wood chisel. Fill it in with pieces of wood. Apply the Wood rebuilder. Once it's dried, trim it with a wood chisel. Eliminating gaps in door frames: strip the paint from the uprights of the door frame. Put adhesive tape on the door to avoid sticking. Apply Wood rebuilder to the closed door. Once dried, trim it with a wood chisel. Repairing of threads: put the bolt, covered with wax into the Wood rebuilder. Unscrew it two hours later.
